Why we exist
Professional relationships shape who is seen, who is considered and who hears about opportunities.
Women of the ASX creates a considered space where senior women working across the ASX-listed sector can meet as peers, build genuine relationships and strengthen their presence within the industry.
Our vision
To become Australia’s most trusted and influential network for senior female leaders working across the ASX-listed sector — creating the relationships, visibility and access that lead to leadership, board, investment and commercial opportunities.
The experience
Each gathering begins with informal drinks and introductions, followed by a curated discussion topic and facilitated small-group conversations. Attendees change groups throughout the event, creating the opportunity to meet women they may not otherwise encounter.
Every application is considered individually to protect the calibre of the community.
Thoughtful prompts and changing small groups make meaningful connection easier.
The focus is on genuine professional relationships — never pitching or prospecting.
Who it’s for
Women of the ASX is for women who lead, govern, advise or hold significant responsibility within the ASX-listed sector.
Applications are considered individually. Position title alone is not determinative, as we look for substantial real-world experience, genuine sector involvement and the ability to participate as a peer and contribute meaningfully to the room.

Why it was founded
Women of the ASX was founded by Renee Kaczmarczyk, a former corporate and commercial lawyer with experience advising ASX-listed companies, and an entrepreneur who previously built a women’s business network of more than 5,000 members.
Returning to the listed-company environment, Renee saw a clear gap: senior women often worked across the same market, yet had few opportunities to meet and build relationships as peers.
Women of the ASX was created to provide that space — a trusted, carefully curated network where experienced women can exchange perspectives, form meaningful relationships and create greater visibility, access and opportunity across the sector.
Partnership
Women of the ASX works with a limited number of carefully selected partners that share our commitment to increasing the visibility, connection and opportunity available to senior women across the ASX-listed sector.
Partnership is built around genuine alignment and meaningful contribution. It does not provide access to attendee contact details or an opportunity to pitch or prospect.
